The McKinney Community Development Corporation is an organization with a mission to promote and preserve the quality of life in McKinney. It was established in 1996 when McKinney voters approved a one-half cent sales tax to be used to enhance McKinney's aesthetic, cultural and leisure amenities. They are one of our largest sponsors for the Fall Carnival.
